Anya is a UK-trained physiotherapist who graduated with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from the University of Liverpool. She has experience working across respiratory, neurological, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and aged care within the UK public health system.
After relocating to Australia, Anya worked in a private physiotherapy practice in Melbourne before setting off to explore Australia’s East Coast in a campervan, falling for Coffs Harbour’s natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle along the way!
Patient-centred care is at the heart of Anya’s practice. She takes pride in supporting patients achieve their unique goals, no matter how big or small. Anya believes education and exercise-based rehabilitation are key to empowering people with the confidence and skills to manage their condition and stay active.
Outside of work, Anya loves spending time outdoors and is happiest on a hiking trail or in the ocean, whether swimming or (attempting to) surf.
